1.    Understanding God’s Unbelievable Love for You

GOD LOVES YOU– No matter who you are or what you’ve done!

But God shows his great love for us in this way: Christ died for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 (NCV)

God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life.

John 3:16 (NCV)

EVERYONE IS SEPARATED FROM GOD BECAUSE OF SIN.

For all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious standard. Romans 3:23 (NLT)

 

3.    Understanding the Consequences of Sin

ETERNAL SEPARATION from God is the result of our many sins.

When people sin, they earn what sin pays--death. But God gives us a free gift--life forever in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 (NCV)

 

4.    Understanding the Good News

JESUS CHRIST came to restore you, erase your sins, and bridge the gap between you and God!

If you use your mouth to say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say that we believe, and so we are saved. Romans 10:9-10 (NCV)

But to all who did accept him and believe in him he gave the right to become children of God. John 1:12 (NCV)

I mean that you have been saved by grace through believing. You did not save yourselves; it was a gift from God. It was not the result of your own efforts, so you cannot brag about it. Eph 2:8-9 (NCV)

You are invited!

 YOU have to either accept or reject these truths. If you choose to accept them you have just taken the first step in becoming forever connected with the most powerful and awesome being in the universe-- GOD. Unfortunately if you choose to reject these truths, you will live a lonely life trying to fill the void inside you that God created for Himself to fill, and you will spend eternity separated from Him.

Are you READY for the greatest relationship? EVER?

If you would like to have a personal relationship with God simply say these words and mean them with all your heart.

Dear Jesus,

I admit that I have done many things that have not pleased you.

The Bible calls that sin and I want to say I’m sorry for living life for me and me only.

Please forgive me for all of the wrong things that I have done.

I invite you to come into my life. I give you control of my life.

Thank you for coming into my life and taking control. Thank You for loving me.

Thank you for your forgiveness. Thank you for this chance to make a brand new start.
