Top ten Dreams for the next 10 years

      10. Take the NCD process seriously and strengthen our growth area of Need Oriented Evangelism. [Embrace]. That we become a healthy Church that grows and reproduces.

That we become more intimate with and more dependant on God. [Expect]

That new ministries would be established as needs are realized. That everyone would serve in one primary ministry.

That we build a new facility to be used 7 days a week [café, hair & nail salon; kids fun center; Christian bookstore; Financial Counseling]. That we add at least once new service per year for the next 5 years.

That people grow, mature, and pass on their faith in Christ through an intentional process of spiritual growth and discipleship. 101-- Membership; 201-- Spiritual Maturity; 301– Ministry; 401– Mission. [Equip]

That everyone would learn the joy of being connected with other believers [and unbelievers] in the congregation [and community] through a Journey Group. [Encourage]

That we would be unashamed and excited to Worship God passionately and whole heartedly. That our Worship Band and Worship Team would not only bless us-- but others as well. [Exalt]

That people experience the true freedom that only Jesus can give. That we meet the needs of the brokenhearted and restore them to spiritual and emotional health. [Encourage]

That we are always open to change– not the mission but the methods of how we accomplish our mission. Some changes in the future will include: additional staff; new service times; new ministries; new service formats...

That we continue to be a church for the unchurched! That church continues to be a warm, friendly, caring, safe and fun place. That we would intentionally connect with the unchurched. That sharing our faith in Christ and what God is doing in our lives becomes an intentional habit. That every family prays for, connects with and invites at least one new person or family per year for the next 10 years. [Embrace & Edify]

Where am I in my relationship with God– right now

Could my relationship with God be better?

What must happen, within me, to make sharing my faith in Christ and what God is doing in my life an intentional habit?

Matthew 9:10-13 (NLT)

That night Matthew invited Jesus and his disciples to be his dinner guests, along with his fellow tax collectors and many other notorious sinners. [11] The Pharisees were indignant. "Why does your teacher eat with such scum?" they asked his disciples. [12] When he heard this, Jesus replied, "Healthy people don't need a doctor-sick people do." [13] Then he added, "Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: 'I want you to be merciful; I don't want your sacrifices.' For I have come to call sinners, not those who think they are already good enough."

Luke 19:10

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost."

What will it take for a natural and genuine enthusiasm of Jesus’ love to come bubbling from my life?

You won’t really have to "share" what Jesus is doing because it will be evident to all you come in contact with!
